Entry Details
Entries open 1st October 2008. All entries must be completed using the
Geocentric Outdoors online entry form. You may pay via credit card (using
Westpac Secure Gateway), internet transfer or cheque. Proceed
to Online Entry Form.
Entries are LIMITED! There are 200 places for individual
riders with their own support crew and 50 places for individual riders
electing the Support Package provided by the organisers.

Entries close on the Sunday evening, four weeks before the event (15
Feb 09). Late entries may still be accepted for two weeks after the closing
date (up to 1 Mar 09) with a $70 late fee. No entries will be accepted
within two weeks of the event.
Individuals or pairs may officially cancel their entry at any stage up
to four weeks before the event (15 Feb 09) by writing, calling or emailing
the race organisers.
A refund of entry fees paid, less 10% administration fee will be made.
Cancellations after the closing date and up to 2 weeks before the event
(1 Mar 09) will attract a 50% cancellation fee. After this date cancellations
will not be considered for a refund.

Insurance
Summit Events has a public liability insurance policy to the value of
10 million dollars. This is a compulsory insurance policy for events that
are organised on, or cross through, any form of government land/public
place.
This however is not personal accident insurance for you! It is recommended
you have your own personal accident insurance.
Conditions, Declarations & Indemnifications
It is a condition of entry that each competitor agrees to the conditions,
declarations and indemnifications outlined in the indemnity and waiver
forms and are willing to sign these at race registration.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled due to acts of god, natural disasters, terrorism
or other reasons etc, the organisers will either re-schedule the event
or make every effort to refund as much of the entry fee as possible to
all teams.
